Each of our items are made with love and made-to-order. For this reason we do not offer refunds. However, there are some exceptions so please read our policy down below.   

RETURNS

If you receive an item that is damaged upon arrival, you may be eligible for a return. Each item is made-to-order and goes through a detailed quality check to ensure you receive the best. We will not accept returns for items that are not defective or damaged. 

Upon arrival please inspect your item and contact us immediately if the received item is defective or damaged in any way. We require an image of the defect. 

To start a return please email us at insertstitch@gmail.com and we will begin the process if the return is accepted. 

If an item is sent back to us without going through the return process, it will not be accepted.
