What are the shipping rates?

Shipping rates vary based on your location and the total WEIGHT of the item/s you have purchased. Shipping prices are calculated at the checkout page directly with Canada Post (Customs are not included).

How long will it take to get my package?

Please allow 7-14 days for handling and processing. Once your orders have been processed, please allow 2-5 days for the order to be delivered. We use Canada Post as our carrier partner for fast shipping.

NOTE: We need 10 to 14 days to make and ship existing designs. 6 to 9 days for production and 2 to 4 days for shipping

For the custom orders we need 12 to 19 days. 10 to 15 days to work on the design and embroidery 2 to 4 days for shipping.

How can I track my order?
